The A/C unit requires 2 inch thick units and Filterbuy has an excellent selection. Product was carefully packaged and easy to install.

The filters last a long

The filters last a long time and filter the air very well. I've kept one in my central air unit and it had very little debris.

I have an odd filter size in an older home and it is so easy to order with filterbuy rather than running around to different stores to try and find my filter size. I've been buying from them for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else for filters.

Not 4 inches

Filter fits loosely, not snug like my old filter. I'll still use it them, but won't reorder. Four inch is should be 4 inches, not 3.5.

I have submitted multiple inquiries online to refund/exchnage for correct size and it's been weeks and no response. I will call them, but that's really terrible that they can't respond to a simple request.
