I have a German Shepherd and she sheds a lot. This filter I bought really works well on the hair and dust particles. I am very pleased with this number Merv 11.

Filter was a poor fit in an overhead return. Filter is only held in by the door, and not the sides. In addition, the filter now "whistles" while it works....

Purchased 6 pack: These filters

Purchased 6 pack: These filters 11-3/8 x 23-3/8x1 while other brands are 11-3/4x23-3/4 (e.g..Filtrete, Rheem, Honeywell) This makes these filters about 3/8 inches plus too small for a good fit. Can make do with tape to prevent air leaks (noise). Wont purchase this brand again.
