I was shopping around a big box store, looking for my size filter as well as merv8 (which I was not aware of) when a sales,person mentioned filterbuy. comthe store didnt have what I needed so I left the store and looked filterbuy. com up. Well. How easy was that?? They were at my door the next day. Perfect and just what I needed. Youve got a customer for life.

I ordered 6 each 20x27 x1 inch Merv 8 custom-made filters, they fit and work perfectly. The woman that took my order was very courteous and professional very helpful I will be purchasing in the future

The frames are more flimsy than they used to be. They are slightly under sized and dont fit snugly in the filter box. One of the filters was bigger in size by design than the other three in the shipment. They rolled over the bigger filter to fit in the box. Not the company I remember working with

NO I bought 14x22x1 MERV 8 Custom Filter, everything works great exact fit although I don't see why there consider a custom fit
