I only had the filter for 5 days, and so far so good. It fit as expected, and was received on time. The quality looked good, and I have no complaints.

It was easy to find the filter size I needed for my central A/C return on the web site.

Couldn't find the size I needed for my air exchange system until I found these. I also buy furnace filters also. Can't beat the quality or price.

I have a German Shepherd and she sheds a lot. This filter I bought really works well on the hair and dust particles. I am very pleased with this number Merv 11.

Other than the fact that the custom filter size that you indicated on the email was totally wrong, every thing was fine. I had to go and check the filters that you sent. They were the correct size. You get one star because you are essentially clueless. When I order again I will order from someone else. Clearly the fact that the filters I received were the correct size was a mistake.
