Filter Buy was great at the problem.

I search their website and found this filter for Bryant/Carrier. I did not have this A/C unit but thought that the filter would fit without ordering a custom filter. This filter is the actual size not nominal size. This cause a problem because my 3M filter turns out to be nominal when I called 3M. I spoke with Ruby at Filter Buy and she was great. I remeasured both filters to determine that I did need to order a customer filter. Getting to my filter to do this was a major problem due to how the installer put the drain line right in the way of the filter. Ruby said no problem and I will ship it out. No Charge. Very accommodating.

For us, the width was too small (13 3/8 inches for a filter that's labeled 14"). Th actual width was noted in the details (which I missed) and the person I spoke with was kind enough to accept the return and credit our account.
