Seems fine. It is odd because our HVAC system says 18X20X1 but the largest that fits is 18X18X1.

My custom filters were saved on my account profile and reordering them was quick and easy. They arrived very quickly to my doorstep. I also like the range of options I can choose from for auto replinishment (chose every 6 months). Very professional company.
