Melissa, on the phone, very nicely helped us get the right size and product that we could not get in stores and they were just what we needed. We will be ordering more shortly!

It might be boring but not as boring as having to go out and buy them. If I was you I wouldcommunicate between order and arrival. We still distrust cyber anything. So far, so good! Thanks.

I have been using 20X24x1 and 16x16x1 for the past year and they give me the best filtration for the price. I have just ordered this years filters so I may continue doing business for the foreseeable future with Filter buy.

Good service, vast range of sizes

I am old and dont enjoy shopping, so this service is ideal for me. I was pleased to find in stock my unusual filter size. However, all my filter frames were crushed on one corner and made fitting into furnace frame difficult. I assume Filter Buy would have replaced them, but as I said at the beginning, Im old and convenience is what I value most highly. I will try another shipment any way.
