The filter are less than 14 x 14 and they move up when the unit comes on and drop with a noise when the unit shuts down.

Ordering online was easy and convenient. The price of the filters was not bad; reasonable. Thanks for offering this option.

Great purchase!

Initially we had to make several attempts to insert the filter into the slot, but it did finally slide right in, so perhaps it was 'operator error'! Once in place the fit was ideal and seems to be adequately serving its purpose. We'll buy again if our current supply (5 remaining) runs out. At 90 days use each per change, those will last us a while!
