I've only used one but the air seems to be cleaner.So far so good.Received it with in a couple days.. I feel they would respond if there were any problems or questions.

6 x 14 filters should

6 x 14 filters should 5-7/8" x 13-7/8". Despite this being the second shipment all filters are still too large. One was extremely large at 6'1/4". Pretty disappointed at the poor quality control and the hassle for the second time!
