Its better than what you can find locally

You get a very reasonably priced product, that ends up actually being less expensive overall. You have access to a high quality filter, that keeps all sizes in stock, and they will ship this to your doorstep, so you don't even worry about it. Now you have a supply to last you as well. You don't have to do this again for 6 months? Reorder. Done.

Simple and easy

I set myself up on the auto ship. Hardest part was figuring out what size filter I needed (required a trip to the garage)

Too small in spite of me ordering the correct size. When I go to my local hardware store and buy a 14x24x1 filter I get a filter that is 14x24x1 and it fits perfectly.

Center of custom filter crushed in transit. Not much in terms of packaging to protect it. Filter would not lay flat, kept getting sucked up, sides seemed to bend too easy. Not usable.

Filter structure

The size was what I needed. The filtering material looked very good.The slot I have is very rough and I could use a structure that is a little stronger than the "Walmart" cardboard.

Great product at a much cheaper price

I recently purchased four MERV 11 filters from Filter Buy. Not only were they cheaper than the HVAC company that installed my heat pump, I also was able to get the MERV 11 ones instead of the MERV 8 ones that were originally sold to me. Thanks!
