Not happy with construction

I know the filter is sound as far as filtering goes.But mfg is somewhat shoddy.The.pleats are not even.The wire mesh pinches the pleats in several areas.Obviously not as clean as a Filtrete filter.

You should mark all your filters with the MERV Rating.That would stop your customers from thinking they got the wrong filters or that you were trying to pull a fast one by sending MERV 8 when they paid for MERV 11.
