This review does not reflect your service. The story is that recently a tech came out to service our HVAC unit. I needed filters so went out to the unit to get the size from the new filter. 22x22. I ordered 6 of that size. Yesterday I changed the filter only to see that the tech had actually cut the filter to 22x20, and had slid the cut side in first. Boy was I upset! To replace, I then had to cut the new filter, purchased from your company, to fit. Just another story of people not doing the right thing for the customer. Thanks for listening!

MERV 11 Pleated Air Filter

Nice quality filters. This is a reorder after trying them out. Used in our Full-Time RV, so we tend to get a lot of outside as well as inside generated dust that the filters capture well, including body powder (Corn Starch powder). The filters have been blown clean and reused when the dust and powders reduce the air flow to the point that the A/C in the RV won't keep up with Florida 90+ outside temps. The continue to perform quite well when reused. Makes them more economical than other filter brands.

I was dusting almost every day due to the cheap filters our apt. building provides and it was very frustrating. Figured if there was that much dust it must be in our lungs too. After replacing with your filter I was SO relieved and feel healthier not breathing in dust and have gone a week without dusting!
