Filter does not fit

This was a custom filter and the size of the old one was 24c24 x1. The new ones I received was not correct it should have been 24x20x1. Now I have these filters that are. It even 24 wide that does not enter the opening of the air handler. I order for my other home and never had any issues but not sure why for my mom’s house this is an issue. I hope maybe we could get them replace.

More sturdy tan other bands. Immediately noticed more dog hair mivement after changing filter. . . the other was only a month in use.

The quality of the cardboard

The quality of the cardboard used to stabilize the filter is far above anything I have bought at the big box stores. .
I used to be in the HVAC industry so believe me when I say the cost is very reasonable.
I will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks for making such a quality product. .
