not my first buy

These filters seem to be about an 1/8th of an inch smaller than previous purchases. That causes them to bang up when the a/c comes on and bang falling when goes off. Lastly, one of the shipments took seven days to arrive. FE was having some kind of hiccup.

i highly recommend this place. When i was having an issue with my filters falling apart i contacted them and they advised me to go from a merk 13 filter too a merk 11 and my problem was solved.Great filters and business.
