So far everything is great

So far everything is great except that one of the filters that I ordered is the wrong size. Its my fault. I chose the wrong size. I got a 20x21x1 MERV 13 but I needed a 20x20x1 MERV 13 filter. Who do I talk to about a swap out to a different size?

They were exactly what I needed. The stores do not carry the 18x20x1 filters so i was glad to find them at Filter Buy.
