After receiving my filters, our furnace broke so we had to replace it and these filters did not fit the new furnace. I called to return them and they said they'd credit my account and I should donate them! I thought that was a great thing for them to do!!

Im not happy with the filter I purchased because it makes alot of noise.I had to cut the cardboard so the air wasn't restricted.
