Not a return friendlu expeience

The purchasing progress was easy as expected, but I ran into some serious walling when I asked about returning the wrong sized filters. I expected a return tag or something but was told that returns are on my own.not to happy about it.

Really great filters for a really stupid sized HVAC

Filter Buy provides great filters in really stupid sizes.... who ever heard of a 13x24x1 filter.... I got them in MERV 11 and it was surprised how much nasty the first one picked up out of my house and system. Filter Buy for life!

Bigger than 8x24

This is my second order of 6 pieces. The filters are actually bigger than 8x24 (8 x 24 1/16 ) and must be deformed and crumpled to fit into my holder. This time I did move up to MERV 11 and I noticed a considerable improvement in air quality after a week. Perhaps its my imagination but the air and odors seem better. I just wish they would size them more accurately or even a little smaller

The filter I need for my furnace is only readily available from the dealer purchased the furnace from at a price I feel is exorbitant I was able to find the same filter at a reasonable price from you.
