The service was excellent. I don't know what lady is, but my issue is I need to cancel my yearly order. I mismeasured the space and the filters are not the right length. I cut mine to make it fit. Please cancel my yearly order so I can measure correctly. Please let me know that you received this request.

hello; I really did not care for the fact that the filters did not have the merv rating on the filters . the covering on the filter bundle kinda indicated that they were merv 13 ; but I am not sure???? are they merv 13 ??? thanks for your attention.. JOHN
