The filters were way under par compared to the original. Couldn't use them as they were under sized all the way around. I really thought I had found a replacement. GC

The filters were a great price and I thought well packed until I opened and the first two are slightly crushed in on a corner and they are overall a bit smaller in size then last time - they fit but there is a gap - but thankfully I have an extension on my intake I will be back and hopefully next order in better condition and sizing . I ordered 24x24x1 MERV 11

What a small business! I ordered these filters from just what measurements were in my hvac unit now, thinking they would automatically fit. Found out I was wrong, called the company, easily resolved the problem. CANNOT say enough good about this company looking out for others. This is what America needs more of. I would recommend FILTERBUY to everyone
