FilterBuy had the size and specifications I was looking for. I have installed it and have improved air quality and better A/C. Before, the apartment complex used a fiberglass Ace 10X30X1 which did nothing. I am very happy with the filter.

I LIKE IT.THE HOUSE IS COOLING BETTER. MAYBE THE FILTER HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THAT.I LIKE THE COLOR OF THE ONE I CHOSE THIS TIME.I ALSO RECEIVED THEM IN ABOUT 2 MAYBE 3 DAYS.THANKS
