They came quickly, very nice

They came quickly, very nice service. But they have a strong smell, chemical kind of smell. Further, they are so much smaller than the Columbia Gold filters I have used for years that I do not think they will work in my air handler. I should have ordered only one, or read the actual dimensions more carefully. But Filter buy is a great company... have been very responsive. For some reason the Columbia Gold filters come in the actual dimension given, are not cut down.

sorry for the slow response. i haven't had one of these filters installed yet. i have to hire a A/C person to do that. i'm too old and frail to do it myself. i am worried about the size. the Filterbuy filter that's currently installed says 13"x25"x1". these 6 filters i just bought from you say 14"x25"3/4" then it says actual size, 13 1/2"x 14 1/2 "x 3/4". so please let me know if these are going to fit or not. there's not hardly any "wiggle room" where the filter resides. sincere, Roy Wright.

the filter was just a tad larger than the space it needed to fill, too wide(17.5) and too tall (5) on a Tran furnace. Needed to return

Good filter but fit was off for ours

I believe the filtering part is good. But the fit is a bit off. Every time the air turns on/off the filter makes a release of suction sound. The cheap 20x20x1 didnt do that.

It was so nice to finally fine a place to purchase my hard to find size for my unit. No more going from store to store only to find they didn't carry the size I needed anymore. I picked up the phone called in the size and 2 days later it was at my front door. Perfect so glad I found this store. Thank you!!
