quality looks good , but

quality looks good , but size and fit is off by 1/2" all the way around . All three measurement are too small by a half inch .

The fit, quality, and having the unusual size I needed was awesome! Only issue was they did not have my size in stock and so it took longer than expected to receive my order.

despite my knowing nothing beyond 1 inch thick furnace filters from hardware stores, this company went to great lengths in order to get me the correct filter after I failed to measure and realize that 1/8 inch differences with these 5" thick filters are significant. best prices too!

Filter pleats are not consistent

Filter pleats are not consistent and appear to be randomly set in the cardboard frame. The pleats are bunched up on the sides and stretched in the middle, not sure how it will impact performance, but the "fit n finish" is poor. Thankful for USA made products and a really great price point. Would be happy to pay a little more to get a product that looked better.
