Short edge of the filter was crushed.. There was no damage to the packaging, so I would assume this was from the factory. Also, spacing in the filter was in consistent, the first half of the filter was complete bunched up while the other half was spaced nicely

20x30x5 Amazing filter and airflow

So much better quality compared to their competitors that I have used. Going forward this is the only filter I will ever use. I am paying 60% less for a 5 inch filter compared to the 3 filters I was using before. Retrofitting a filter that would fit into a 20x30x1 box is amazing idea

Everything is great! The ordering process the shipment turnover, deliver and quality. The only minor issue is packaging. The filters tend to float inside the shipment box and sometimes get a little beat up. Some package peanuts or bubble wrap would make it perfect in every way.
