Apparently 20x20x5 isnt 20x20x5. I ordered two of these and they dont fit. One got torn when i attempted to get it into the HVAC unit. The other one is still sitting in its packaging. Very disappointed. Complete waste of money!!

The fit is perfect for our system. Getting two filters at a time is a bargain too! We have a subscription and get reminders when it's time to change the filters. Can't beat it.
