Yellow is an unfortunate color

Stock images on the website conveyed a white color for the filter. Went back and reviewed what I bought and would have had difficulty discerning that the product is in fact yellow. Yellow doesnt look great. Also, the service filter indicator is now on our thermostat. Never seen it on before, only happened after installing this filter.

it would not work in

it would not work in my furnace and was issued a refund as soon as I contacted you and was total to donate the filters and I found someone in need of that size. Thank you for your prompt service. You don't happen to carry the filters I need or would purchase my filters from you in the future.

The filters arrived in a few days after ordering them. The filters are very firm and fit the opening. The filters are the perfect filtering level to catch small particles, yet not affect air flow. I will buy them again.
