Filter Doesnt Fit

Filter is oversized and does not fit the space as required. Space requires 20x20x5 filter. Filter as received is larger than 20 by 1/4 in one direction and 3/4 in other direction. Filter does not fit in the AHU. Very disappointed

The buying process was easy. The filters arrived as stated. I cannot review the filter itself because it has only been installed for a few weeks.

The filter would not fit into my new unit. I tried it time after time and tried when I reverse it, same outcome. I took another one from my 4 pack and it fit in without trouble.
