I have been buying these filters for several years now. They work well here in Minnesota living with many types of tree pollens , especially white pine. The local stores do not carry our larger sized filters. One thing I do like is that they arrive in a good protective box and do not get crushed during shipment.

Received my order quickly which was nice and they fit perfectly. I haven't had them long enough to really pass judgment on them but the service that I have received from this Company has been a both easy and professional. Thank you and yes, I would thoroughly recommend buying these filters.

Need More Time

There is one noticeable change since installing the new FilterBuy Filter. The furnace is running more smoothly and more quiet. II will be back to write an Update to this review, giving more time to see how well the Filterbuy performs. Pollen season will soon be here, so I need to do another assessment during the pollen season. So far I do notice a very nice improvement with the itchy eyes and allergy congestion.:)

The filters I bought from you turned out to be the wrong size. This was mostly my fault; I ordered them based on the nominal or 'labeled' size (16 x 25 x 4"), but the actual size is about 1/2 inch smaller in width, and similar with the other two dimensions. I didn't measure the actual size of the filters they will replace before ordering. It turns out that the original (branded) filters' dimensions are very close to the nominal size. Returning the filters to Alabama would likely be expensive, so I'm thinking to modify the ones I got from you by gluing pieces of cardboard to the edges of the filters to make them wider, etc. That's a job, for 10 filters. I hadn't hd this kind of problem with your filters with our old HVAC equipment, but we got new equipment 5 months ago.
