Uneven pleats

The pleats on the two filters I bought are very uneven. Some of the pleats are touching each other basically making the pleats closed and nonexistent. Other pleats are stretched out flat. Poor quality control

These are so easy to order. I order 12 at a time. Less expensive and don't have to worry for a year. I also upgraded to MERV 11 filters. Living in Phoenix it is a must do monthly or more depending on dust

It's kinda early to judge the quality of the filters. I was pleased with the price, I upgraded the filters with the money. I saved.The filters were much easier to install

Too small

I bought 4 filters for future use. I am worried the filter will be bypassed since it is much smaller than the one I replaced. Would like for you to replace with 20 x20 x 4 filters not smaller than that!
