As a first time filter buyer I was a little skeptical. I ordered a custom size and received something else. But to my surprise it fit perfectly! Plus it works great! I will definitely be reordering!

Manufacturing off by 1/8+ inch
on July 25, 2025

Manufacturing - the 24" side of the filter measures 24 1/8 inches due to the frame note being attached evenly along the edge. The specifications on the website showed the filter size as 23 7/8 inches, which would have fit perfectly. Now, I have to bend / crinkle the filter to fit it into the opening.

Filter is too small for my overhead Intake
on July 25, 2025
Posted by: Anonymous
I like the quality but actual size is 19. 3x23. 4x0. 75. The filter will not stay in place and goes up and down with the airflow inside the vent. Making noise. Second, when installing, it will not stay in place while closing the cover. Could we set up a chat to get to a solution? Maybe the 25"l filter would work, depending on "actual" size?Alla.
