These filters are pretty flimsy/cheap and are not uniform from filter to filter. Also there are less accordion pleats than the ones I received from another filter company several years ago.

The fact that they give you the exact size of the filters is very helpful. 5 inches is not always exactly 5 inches as was the case with my filters. Order came promptly and the filter fit perfectly.

I was disappointed. They were kind of tacky, and the measurements were a bit off. It did not slide easily into the unit as the Honeywell variety does. No indication which side out, etc. Not a big savings either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ordering process was simple and the product was delivered (free) in a timely fashion. We have a non-standard size filter and were happy to find it available on this site at an affordable price. The reminder feature is also something that is a good feature.
