Great Service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the wrong size filters. Called and they replaced with the correct size free of charge even though it was my error. Gal I spoke to was professional, courteous and absolutely efficient. I highly recommend them.

Couldnt find this size anywhere locally

Because we could not find a decent air filter for the odd size required on the air handler on our A/C system we had been using the blue plastic mesh filter the builder installed on our new home. The dust flying in the air was just ridiculous. The best I could do was wash the filter periodically with a hose outside and reinstall it. I looked online and never found a site that offered what I needed at a decent price. One day I heard a radio commercial for FilterBuy and immediately searched for the size we needed. We had a match! I placed an order and within 3 or 4 days I had our filters. They fit perfectly and have been working really well. A few days later I wiped the dust from areas where it had previously collected in order to see if the filters made a difference. Success! Nice job guys...
