The actual size is larger than the printed dimensions. Poor quality control. Will not buy from them again.

Great filters - need better packaging for single filters though.

Love the filters - this single custom-size filter came packages in a flimsy mailer, and unfortunately, the cardboard frame was damages (crunched) by UPS. They need to be packaged in a regular cardboard box to protect them!

Two things I love about this filter: the ease of having it delivered to my door and the custom size! Previously I would purchase a filter I had to cut to size since stores did not carry dimensions needed. This was an easy way to procrastinate on changing the filter. Now the correct size and good quality air filter is at my doorstep and easy to install.
