Too small.

Filters did not fit snug. They would literally drop in the ceiling returns when the fan stopped running. Never had this issue with Filtrete filters. Turns out FilterBuy filters are about 5/16 inch smaller in both length and width. After a few days I replaced all the FilterBuy filters with Filtretes. All five of them. Waste of money.

The size was off! I wanted 17 1/4 for the short side and got 17 3/8. Had to force the filter into position by compressing it!

I dont know why someone would build a house with such as odd sized air filter, but my house has sure got one. Luckily, your company can make them to fit. Thank you!

We have been using these filters for three years now and they really keep the pollen and dust down. We live in the woods and springtime is wicked with pollen. These filters keep it out of the house!! I don't have to dust as often and that's a huge plus!!!
