The 20x25x1 filter works great.

The 20x25x1 filter works great. However the 14x25x1 filter is no longer needed due to the fact that that AC unit has since broken and will not be repaired. Asked for return instructions and have yet to received any direction.

Filters smaller than size stated.

Filters were 1/2 an inch shorter and narrower than the stated 24x14. Had to use duct tape to cover the gap and hold filters in place.

Like the filter. Marking of direction of air flow should be improved on each filter. It should be clear and easy to understand for all buyers how to position the filter.
