Size is perfect.

In the area where I live we have many duplex properties. All were built at the same period of time and all have the same HVAC systems. Getting a 12x24 filter is nearly impossible. Thankfully, I found your company and I no longer have to search for the right size filter. Additionally, buying three makes the individual filter cheaper by far than buying the single filter.

Incorrect size mentioned on website

The website for 12x30x1 Pleated Air Filter has actual size mentioned as 11.5x29.5x1; but it is more than 11.5 inches. It is 11 5/8 and it was not easy to fix the filter in our house

i recently put in a new HVAC system and my extra 16x25x1 filters won't fit, actual size is too large. the ones i needed were very hard to find, but you had them with no problem in ordering. and i received them quickly.

I ordered these filters because I couldn't find the MERV number I needed at my local big box store. I received my order in just a few days. The filters fit well and are well made. I change my furnace filter monthly so the cost of these filters are really economical. I will definitely buy them again.
