Website is great. Was very easy to get the custom sizes I needed. Fit is consistent every time I purchase the custom sizes which shows to me a quality product, Must be some great folks working there ;)

surprised that the mfr's recommended size doesn't fit all the way into the slot but at least it stays in place despite that. Also the order came 6 days later than promised.size

Have been happy with these filters as they fit our furnace's filter slot and hold lots of dust while in use, usually 2-1/2 - 3 months.I am pleased with speed of delivery as well.
