Filters didn't fit!

While I ordered the correct size, the filters were too short. No need to return as 12x16x1 is the correct size but not true to size.

I am extremely happy with the filters that Filter buy custom made for me. I have an unusual size, 19.2 x 29.2 x 1 and cant get them anywhere. Thank you for the quick service. They fit perfect .

Misrepresented size.

Wrong size. mislabeled it says 18x20 on it. So had to squeeze it into my A/C and can't close the external grate on it,
