Used merv 8 at a 4 star Hotel , could not find this size anywhere all I could find were 20 by 22. What a difference your filter is so much better than the competition

Exact Size Measurements

I will not be purchasing your product in the future primarily because of its exact measurements. Your product is slightly less in length and with measurements, enough so that there is too much play in my furnace filter frame for a secure fit. I know this to be the case because other filters I have used fit perfectly. In order to have a secure fit I have to "schim it where the filter is inserted into the frame. Except for this very important shortcoming your filter appears to be acceptable. Please do not send me any more surveys or E-mails unless you want to send me a refund.

The filter is fine as it slides intp my ac unit, except the size is 16x19 and a half by 1 not the 17x21 that you have listed.

Rec'vd order on time. Fit nicely in intake vent. Feel more at ease knowing it's doing it's job cleaning the air better than before.
