Very bad service. I purchased 24x20x1 and you sent me a different one. It didnt work. I had to cut it and folded to installed. And I ask for help, no body help.

I bought 8x24 filters for use in a filter grill and they were too large. Had to squeeze them to make them fit. The 8X30 filters were just right.
