Did not get what I ordered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ordered 6 19.5 X 23 X 1 Merv 8 filters. Rec'd 6 19.5 X 23 X 1 Merv 11 filters. My HVAC guys tell me that the Merv 11 filters are to restrictive causing the coil to freeze up. To prevent this I have to change the filters far more often. This is not cost effective I'm not happy

Filters do what they're advertised to do. 4 stars because one of the Filters was dented up. I've used a few different brands. Like these the best.
