We ordered our filters 01/02/24

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered our filters 01/02/24 and they arrived damaged. There is still no confirmed day of replacement. We spent over $260 dollars this time. We were returning customers after seven years. More than likely we will not order from these guys again.

This filter arrived just a few days ago and has had a good workout with temperatures as low as 5 degrees and now up to 14. Lots of furnace activity. The filter seems to filter without binding the blower. A good filter indeed.

The box you ship it

The box you ship it in is too big. Other companies ship in box same size as filter. This box is too big to fit in the small space I have to store these.
