Really wish they were not smaller than all other filters this same size!

This is our first time ordering from this company. The filters insides seem to be thick enough, but it was disappointing to find the filter does not fit snug. We have had multiple different brands over the years and they are all the same size fitting snug in the spot they are meant for. This brand has thinner outer paper ending and it makes it just lay on the vent over and falls down on you then when you open the ceiling vent cover, rather than staying put in the ceiling hole like all the other brands have. Its brand new so we have not opinion yet on its effectiveness.

High quality, well made

The quality was comparable to what you would get in a big-box store. It fit perfectly. From some research, this filter was of a high-quality and filtered better than what was offered locally. After about a week, my renter advised that he is coughing and sneezing less.

Ordered from this company in the past. Custom filters are perfect and received very promptly. I will continue to order from them in the future. Reorder is very easy to do-the size of your filters is stored under your account. Youre done in seconds.
