Purchasing on line was easy, and had the size I needed, which can't be found in stores. Also, received my filters earlier than stated.

The size was not accurate. I had to cut them down to make them fit.

I have had problems in the past with filters that are not quite large enough so they get sucked into the AC duct. With the custom size option, this problem is solved, along with eliminating the whistling sound that comes with improper sized filters. Couldnt live without it.
