Everything was great and easy. Only thing a little disappointing is I ordered a 24" x 27" and it came a half inch shorter on both dimensions...so there is a gap in the furnace.

This is beyond doubt the most satisfying purchase I have ever made. I could never find the difficult 24 by 24 AC filters locally. I checked everywhere. They even seem to make my rooms cooler. I will be buying more shortly.

Tell them the size the tell you the options and pick it and they send it its great they dont make it complicated just give you what you want
