The filters were not 12x20x4,

The filters were not 12x20x4, they were just a little smaller in all dimensions so they do my fit correctly

We unfortunately have one of the strange sizes filters, very hard to find.. Luckily filter buy had our size and it fit perfectly!! No need to adjust anything!!

I am sending them back your measurements are not what they say they are . It only measures 19 1/2 we needed 20 inch they fell right thru.
