As stated before twice the 14x25x1 filter is no longer needed because the AC unit is being replaced because its to expensive to repair. Please forward the information I need to return this item!!!!!

Posting the "actual size" of your filters is very helpful. First replacement filter ordered was significantly smaller than OEM filter, but the actual size listed revealed that sizing up would make it fit better. Replacement is actually perfect, a little tighter in the space than the OEM.

In the area where I live we have many duplex properties. All were built at the same period of time and all have the same HVAC systems. Getting a 12x24 filter is nearly impossible. Thankfully, I found your company and I no longer have to search for the right size filter. Additionally, buying three makes the individual filter cheaper by far than buying the single filter.
