I have a small PROBLEM!!I order 14x14x1I needed 12x12x1The other filters are fine!! I was wondering if I sent them back could I exchange them for the right size??12x12x1 ?? You have my card on file? If not just gmail me and I shall pay any difference!! Oh I've gotten several family members lording now & neighbors!! My experience was great! I had trouble finding the right size at local big box stores and was worried about finding replacements. Ordering was easy and they came right away. I will definitely reorder from this company!

A construction company, that was not my choice, after a condo fire chose to install odd sized a/c vents - FilterBuy was a lifesaver. Good quality and comparable prices to what I used to buy at the store.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased furnace filters from Filter Buy. Good product at a good price. I'm so glad that I found them on-line a few years ago as purchasing filters locally is quite expensive. Filter Buy's service was fast and accurate. I will continue to use them.
