Filters are made with high quality product. Pleats don't flop over, packaging is sturdy. I used to work for an air filter company so I recognize good workmanship. I appreciate that they are made in USA!

Though I did not use these filters yet, I am sure they will work just fine. I have purchased another size filters in the past and am please with them. Filterbuy is a lot less expensive than what my HVAC guy charges.

I finally got the correct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got the correct size filters and put them in. It was a little difficult getting them because I was shipped the wrong size at 1st attempt I was able to find someone in my community that could use them so she was happy to get 4 free filters. I didn't charge her anything for them. Then my correct size got lost in the mail so you had to reship them again, so I didn't have the best experience with your company unfortunately.

Order wrong size and had to cut one up because I needed them. So I reordered and got the right ones. Now I just have four that didn't fit.
