SIR: THE MERV 11 FILTERS ARE MORE THAN EXPECTED , AS THE DUST IN OUR HOME HAS BEEN CUT BY AT LEAST 70% . ALSO I RECEIVED MERV 8 FILTERS BY MISTAKE , AND THE MERV 11 FILTERS WERE SENT TO ME IMMEDIATELY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED .GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAT , AS YOU HAVE A LIFETIME CUSTOMER , AND IT IS EASY TO SEE WHY YOU HAVE BECOME SO SUCCESSFUL WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE . I had my furnace repaired and the repairman told me my furnace filters were not long enough. He gave the correct size filters and took my filters that were too small away. So the new size I ordered fits much better. Thanks

Use them this pass year and was happy with them, thinking next time I have to drop down to a 16x30 might be easier to install. Helps on the air quickly in te house and slow the dust,
