The filters were damage and I had a hard time getting someone to help me with the return / replacement filters. I and STILL WAITING on my filters.

Because we change our filters every 3 months (4 dogs); our HVAC tech suggested that Merv 8 was sufficient vs the Merv 11 I had been using----and it saves us a few $$.
